By following the simple steps outlined below, you can ensure your device is ready for our workshop, allowing our technicians to work efficiently and safely on your device.

Back-up your Device

Backing up your device before bringing it in for repairs is important to protect your personal data. Although repairs are carried out with care, there is always a risk of data loss during the repair process. Creating a backup ensures you're covered!

Turn off Find My Phone

Find My iPhone must be turned off before repairs because it activates Apple’s security locks, which can prevent technicians from testing, repairing, or replacing certain components. Turning it off ensures the repair can be completed properly and avoids delays.
