Congratulations Roman

Congratulations to

Wen-To (Roman) and Ying-Chen (Sylvia) on the birth of their baby boy Kai-En in 2020. Sylvia and Kai-En are doing well in Taiwan with their family. Roman has remained in Broome during that time. We are all hoping that Roman will be reunited with his family again in 2021.
