Today saw the start on the installation of the new free wifi network in Broome’s Chinatown. We are very excited to have won the tender to install a free wifi network in Broome’s Chinatown area. The Chinatown area has under gone a facelift through the revitalisation project which included infrastructure to be used by smart cities projects. As a result all access points can be connected using fibre and all mounting poles have been structured to allow for mounted devices. Big thanks to the Broome Shire for providing this opportunity to town and to Cisco Meraki in helping us with the design of the solution.
